RACE ALERT
***Thank you all for your patience as we waited to get an update on the weather as well as to consult with the Lakewood Police Department and the Blue Claws. We have all decided to postpone the race for tomorrow due to the expected snow, rain and freezing temperatures for the Lakewood area. We are afraid the conditions would be too dangerous for the runners and the families coming to the Fun Fest. Thank you for your interest in this event and we will keep you posted when we reschedule.***
DMF Memorial Foundation & Ryan's Rebels is proudly partnering to host the 2nd annual
Ryan's Reindeer Race 5k & Family Fun Fest
@ Blue Claws Stadium, Lakewood NJ on December 17, 2016; 9:00am race start
The event includes a USATF sanctioned 5K race, 1 mile walk and holiday festivities for kids from age 2 to 92 including crafts, choir, refreshments and more!!
On December 3, 2015, at the far too young age of 3 years and 11 months, Sweet Ryan lost his battle with neuroblastoma. We are now standing tall to continue this fight in Ryan's honor. December 17 will be a time to come together as a community, celebrate the memory of loved ones and the joy of the Christmas season. Proceeds will be split between supporting the DMF Foundation and Ryan's Rebels and will directly support families currently battling pediatric cancer. Please come out and show your support by running, walking or just stopping by to join the festivities!
