REGISTRATION INFO:

• Online Registration is closed Sept 16, 2016 – MIDNIGHT

• Entries are non-refundable

• Entry fee does not include processing fee

• Entry fee is +HST

• Race Day Registration will open at 8:00 am and close at 9:30 am-across from Base Canex (El Alamein Road East)

TECHNICAL RACE SHIRTS:

• After September 1st – current year Race Shirts may be available depending upon registration and sizes requested.

EVENT START TIME PLEASE NOTE - CHANGES TO START TIMES!:

• Registrations and Kit-Bag pick-up begin at 8:00 a.m.

• Opening Ceremonies and Warm-up begin at 8:30 a.m.

• 1/2 Marathon Hand Cyclists begin at 8:40 a.m.

• 1/2 Marathon begins at 8:45 a.m.

• Warm-up for 5K & 10K at 8:50 a.m.

• 5K Run begins at 9:30 a.m.

• Closing exercises and Medal Presentations at 11:00 a.m.
