My Story…
Please sponsor me in running with Frederick Dryden, founder and managing director of Liberty for Youth. Frederick is running 650 km from Ottawa to Hamilton and I will be there running with him at the start in Ottawa and at the finish in Hamilton. (Just in case you think I am a superb athlete I am not running all the way from Ottawa to Hamilton). I provide Frederick with moral support at the start and end of the run and financial support because Frederick and Liberty for Youth do amazing work with troubled youth in Burlington and Hamilton area. I am amazed at how much they accomplish and they do it with so little money.
