These two dynamic organizations, with characteristic innovation, have joined forces to elevate and celebrate the Phoenixville community. Because of their proven track record of collaboration, they were selected to be the charity partner of Red, White and Brew Running Festival Weekend 2016.
The Jaycees develop young leaders, and Activate Phoenixville Area forges partnerships to inspire wellness and wholeness in the community. Together, they have joined forces to build upon Phoenixville’s culture of being the healthiest, most inspired community. This collaboration will lead to more active, engaged citizens with a focus on serving each other to create positive change.

About the Phoenixville Chapter of the Jaycees
Mission: To provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.
Vision: To be the leading global network of active young citizens
The Phoenixville chapter of the Jaycees was founded in 1952 and since its inception has worked with numerous community, nonprofit and government organizations to complete its mission to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.
Flagship events include the Annual Dogwood Festival, Pageant, and Parade. The Burn off the bird 5K, Children's Movie in the Park and Young Professional Networking events in conjunction with the Chamber of Commerce. All of the proceeds from our events go towards various nonprofits and strategic initiatives centered on education and improving our overall community.
Members of the community are invited to join the Phoenixville Jaycees at monthly Chapter Meetings, the 2nd Thursday of every month, 7:00 pm, 8 Gay Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
