There are no REFUNDS and all races take place rain or shine.

All races start and finish inside private Wild Cherry Canyon and there is FREE parking on a first come first serve basis. If you arrive late or have spectators joining you later they can park out on the road or in the fee metered public parking lot and walk over to the gate. Please carpool.

Dogs allowed ON LEASH only. If your dog is caught off leash or out of control at anytime you will be asked to leave the property.

All people entering this private property will be REQUIRED to sign a waiver.

All race distances required that each person carry THEIR OWN cup, bottle or hydration pack for the entire race. We will be checking at each start line that you have this on you. We are working hard to create minimal waste and leave no trace.

For the 50 Mile Ultra your deadline to receive an exclusive The North Face jacket is 11:59pm PST on June 5. After this deadline, participants will receive a different non-branded jacket and not be gaurateed exact size. Do NOT wait!

For all other races a short sleeve unisex The North Face shirt will be provided. We will do our best to get you the exact size you ordered and late registration persons will have the last size options available. All athletes recieve a hot Rib Line BBQ post race at the festival. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and friends & family are encouraged to come and can buy a meal, drinks, merchandise as well.
