The Blue Nickel 5K Run/Walk will be held in Biloxi, Mississippi on January 2, 2016. The race will begin promptly at 8AM. Start and finish will be at the man entrance of Shuckers MGM stadium located at 875 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39350.
This race will be RFID chip timed and winners will be announced in 10-year age groups, along with Overall, Master, and Grand Master. Race timing is being conducted by Time2Run.
Registration fee includes race shirt, hydration station on course, sponsor bag, RFID chip, post-race refreshments, and entertainment at the finish line at Shuckers Stadium (main entrance). Registration is $20 per runner before December 15 and $30 per runner after December 15. Registration can also be completed at the starting line beginning at 7AM on the day of the race.
Starting line festivities include an appearance by former WWE stars Ted Dibiase and Ted Dibiase, Jr., singing of the national anthem, and a flyover by a WWII P-51 Mustang in honor of Warrior Bonfire.
