all proceeds will benefit the American Red Cross.

Race Details
The 5K will begin at 10:30 a.m. and runners will enjoy venturing
throughout K-State's campus for their run.
Every runner will receive a free t-shirt and race bag full of goodies
while supplies last!
Prizes will be awarded for teams and different age groups (see below)
Time-Based Prizes:
Best team average time
1st and 2nd place for both males and females:17 and under, 18 to 30, 31 to 50, 51+
Superhero Costume Prizes:
Best team costume (all racers in the team must be dressed up!)
Best individual costume
Best children's costume
Teams of three to seven can register for 10% off!
Senior discount: Those ages 60+ get 25% off
Children 7 and under run free
Children ages 8-14 run for 50% off
Strollers are welcome!
Race costumes
We believe that people who volunteer, give blood, and/or train to get CPR/First Aid certified
(plus anything else American Red Cross related)
are everyday heroes!
By helping the American Red Cross
and educating yourself on how to save a life (or actually saving a life!),
you are a hero in our books.
In that spirit, we are encouraging people to
dress up in a hero costume of their own!
Whether you want to choose a well-known superhero or make your own costume that suits you, show us what you got!
We will be giving prizes out for
best children's costume, best overall costume, and best team costumes!
