I am very excited to participate in the Bay Area Human Race on behalf of 2Gen Equity. As the Executive Director and Co-Founder, I get the distinct opportunity of working with motivated young single mothers to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty in their families. How awesome is that? It is my honor to lead this organization and serve our families. 2Gen Equity is shifting how society perceives young women living in poverty and the dialogue about how to best serve them.
