Help David raise money

I'm participating in the 34th Bay Area Human Race to support Marin Community Clinics Referral Department. I hope that you will join me in supporting an organization that is dedicated to improving the health of Marin County by providing high quality, cost-effective, culturally sensitive, patient-centered health care. When a patient needs care that we don’t provide, the Referral Department works to find an appropriate clinician who will accept the patient’s insurance or see them on a sliding fee scale. We find the care patients need by networking with local providers for specialty care, making appointments, setting up procedure schedules, faxing paperwork, and setting up reminders. The referral team processes about 1,200 referrals a month. I've set my personal fundraising goal at $1,000 and I'm hoping that you will help me achieve it by making a tax-deductible donation.
