I am running to support Marin Community Clinics Nursing because I love what I do! Please support me in my fundraising efforts. Your gift of any size will help. Thank you! The 26 Registered Nurses of Marin Community Clinics have been described as many things: multi-taskers, teachers, health coaches, leaders; however, my personal favorite is “where the rubber meets the road.” Similarly to when a runner’s ability is tested during a marathon, the nurses of MCC are constantly being tested in their daily endeavor to provide quality care to our growing patient population. Their ability to expertly triage a sick walk-in patient, to provide essential resources such as referrals to housing or healthy food, and their endless support and health coaching for patients with chronic health issues like diabetes and heart failure are only a few ways in which the nurses of MCC are able to meet and surpass the needs of the Marin community.
