My Story…
I am once again raising money for Oak Hill School, my work place for the past six years. We continue to do good work on behalf of students with autism and their families. Beyond our campus, our relationship with the UCSF autism clinic informs research that impacts the broader community. Luke, one of many students I have watched grow over the last six years, will run with me.
"My name is Luke. I am a 16 year-old student with autism. I am running again for my school Oak Hill! I have been running around Lake Merritt daily to prepare for this year's race.
There are 34 other students with special needs at Oak Hill. I love my school. At Oak Hill each student is viewed developmentally and individually in a natural setting. I am very proud to run my weekly lunch business as a part of the community. Your support would make a difference in our education."
