Help Sarah raise money

Hello, If you are viewing my page I hope it is to donate. I am currently on the Marin County Youth Commission or MCYC. MCYC has three advisory committees- Education Equity, Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drugs (ATOD), and Food Justice. I am glad to say I serve on the Food Justice advisory committee. This year was mainly focused on how to grow fresh vegetables, and fruits in school gardens and than incorporate it into the cafeteria. We are working with two schools that are in Novato. Marin Oaks, and Lynwood Elementary. We planted many vegetables such as lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, snap peas, various colored bell peppers and many more. MCYC has taught me a lot. On April 30th I competed in the 34th Annual Margie Burke Speech Tournament. I spoke about police brutality, sadly I didn't place but I am proud that I got that far and I learned a life skill: Public Speaking. This will be my 2nd time running the race. I hope to raise more than my $50 last time. Please donate and support me!! -Sarah S.
