Beginning with just a handful of horses and volunteers in 1977 Halleck Creek Ranch offers people with special needs healthy, adventurous and fun equine-assisted activities and therapies. Today 40 years later 90 riders a week come to our 60-acre ranch year round. Thanks to our 19 loving therapy horses, dedicated staff and passionate volunteers we help people to live a "life without barriers." As an independent non-profit we receive no government funds.
