NB Weightlifting Provincials

Eligibility: Open to all athletes registered and in good standing with the New Brunswick Weightlifting Association or their Provincial or State Sporting Organization (NBWA membership option available during registration).

Host: CrossFit Moncton and NBWA
Sanction: NBWA and CWFHC
Meet Director: Trevor Pardy

Events: All weight categories - male and female

Awards: Top three per category and best male and female lifers.

Schedule: To be determined based on entries, Start lists and session times will be posted and emailed to all entrants.

Rules: The most recent IWF rule book will govern the competition, with the following exceptions:

• Lifting suits are preferred, but not mandatory. Those without lifting suits may wear shorts and a tucked-in shirt
• Athletes who do not register a successful lift in the snatch will be permitted to compete in the clean and jerk.

This competition is a qualifying event for the 2016 Canadian Senior Championships.

This competition is subject to doping control (SDC). The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) will perform the tests at their discretion.
