The 2nd Annual Sun City West “Fun in the Sun" 5K Run/Walk will take place at 9:00am on Saturday March 12, 2016, Stardust Golf Course. Awards will be given in age groups starting at 40 years old and up. Registered participants will receive T-Shirts, medals, race bibs, timing chips, race results, post-race snacks and complimentary entrance into a concert following the run at Beardsley Park by “Neon Circus” a Brooks and Dunn Tribute Band.
Walkers and runners please join us for some fun in the sun as you “Run in the Sun”. Proceeds will be donated to The Wounded Warrior Project.

Race Day Information
Race Day Registration will be available beginning at 8:00am at Stardust Golf Course (map).
We accept cash, check, and credit cards (Visa or Master Card) on race day
Cost of registration on race day will be $40.
After your run or walk, make sure to stay for the FREE concert at Beardsley Park! Neon Circus will be performing (Brooks and Dunn tribute band).
There will be NO parking available at Stardust Golf Course on race day. Parking will be available Beardsley Park, located at 12755 Beardsley Road (map)
- Please park in the 128th Ave. Parking Lot.
- Shuttles will take runners to the start line beginning at 7:45am. The last shuttle will leave at 8:45am.
- Shuttles will take runners from the finish line/event area back to their vehicles following the event.
