Hike, Run Ride... For the River & Trails

The Brant Waterways Foundation is very excited to host the 8th Annual Hike, Run, Ride... For the River & Trails!

Bring the whole family out and help celebrate our world class trail system and the beautiful scenery of the Grand River watershed.

We have a route and distance for everyone from the occasional walker to the competitive cyclist. Or simply come out to cheer on the participants and show your support for an active and healthy lifestyle.

Funds raised from this event go towards the completion of community based projects which aim to preserve, protect, restore, and improve the Grand River, its related water bodies and adjacent lands in Brantford, the County of Brant and Six Nations.

Brant Waterways have helped to fund many projects since its establishment in 1988 including the restoration of the Toronto, Hamilton and Buffalo (TH &B) trail, tree planting with the Brant tree coalition’s 'forest in the city’ project and the lighting of Penman’s Dam in Paris, Ontario. By coming out and helping to raise both funds and awareness for the foundation, you are helping to fund future projects in Brantford, Brant County and Six Nations.
