IN-PERSON REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 7AM ON RACE DAY
2nd Annual Get Fit GP Run For Shelter 5K and Chase the Chiefs 1 Mile Fun Run, where the participants can chase Police Chief Dye and Fire Chief Fite or their designated representative as a warm-up for the 5K will kick-off the morning. Proceeds from the run will benefit LifeLine Shelter and Get Fit GP health initiatives. The second day of Main Street Fest will kick off at 10:00 a.m.

Get Fit GP Challenge Team Divisions
Get Fit GP and LifeLine Shelter is inviting you to form a team for the 2nd Annual Get Fit GP Run For Shelter 5K & 1 Mile “Chase the Chiefs” Fun Run. The challenge will consist of three divisions:
School Challenge - The top three schools will receive monetary prizes based on the number of participants ($500 -1st, $300 - 2nd and $200 - 3rd). These funds can be used for Get Fit related school programs.
Corporate Division - The top three corporate teams based on the number of participants will receive plaques that can be displayed at their business.
Get-Up and Get Moving - This team division is made up of family and friends that want get a little exercise, save some money and support a local charity and that assists homeless GPISD families.
Teams
The cost per participant if with a team is $15.00. Teams must consist of 10 members. Team deadline for the $15.00 is April 17 afterwards the fee will be $20.00
