Ronald McDonald House Charities SWOntario

Children heal faster and cope better with their loved ones nearby. That's why Ronald McDonald House Charities Southwestern Ontario keeps families together when they need each other most. Our programs provide a home away from home for families of seriously ill or injured children receiving medical care in a nearby hospital.

The Ronald McDonald House London can host up to 34 families each night, just steps from Children's Hospital.  In fact last year, more than 600 Windsor Essex families called our House their home away from home. 

The Ronald McDonald Family Room London is located on the 6th Floor of Children't Hospital.  Hosting more than 100 visits per day, families of admitted children can enjoy a coffee, a nap or simply find a friendly ear.  

And we're very excited to be opening Canada's first House-Within-A-Hospital at Windsor Regional Hospital - Met Campus.  This House will have up to 7 sleep rooms to host so many more families right there... close to home!
