Join us for an afternoon with Jean Driscoll after the Carmel Marathon! This event is FREE but limited to the first 100 to register.
Jean Driscoll (born November 18, 1966) is an American wheelchair racer. She was the first athlete to win the Boston Marathon eight times and each time in a wheelchair. Her wins in Boston included seven consecutive first-place finishes from 1990 to 1996. Driscoll participated in four Summer Paralympic Games, winning a total of five gold, three silver, and four bronze medals in events ranging from 200 meters to the marathon.
