Same Day Registration and Bib Pick up opens at 8:30 AM

Race starts 10:00 AM

The 5K Run-Walk-&-Roll is a timed event for all who want to race. Walkers and Rollers come out and get some exercise for a good cause (strollers and leashed pets welcome).

The course is reasonably flat for individuals in manual or power wheelchairs and assistance can be provided if needed.Help our members raise money for their Recovery at Walk It Off. Each member wheeling the 5km will be collecting funds which will go directly towards their time spent at Walk It Off. Read more about our members or pledge our members rolling the 5K Unfortunately, this course is not suitable for racing chairs/bicycles/inline skates/skateboards due to congested areas. The Race/Walk will start at the Fairy Lake Park Pavilion; loop around Armitage Park and back to the Pavilion

This year, we are taking a different approach to our Annual event. We are making this year’s event all about the clients at Walk It Off. We are asking all participants to dress as their favourite superhero because we feel that our clients are all superheroes! We decided that our run should be superhero themed this year because everyone who participates is helping save the day by raising funds for our clients’ recovery and also raising awareness about spinal cord injury.

We will be crediting $10 from every $30 Adult registration ($5 from a $15 Kids reg.) to the client that the participant names as their sponsor recipient.
