Play Like the Pros Charity Challenge?

Play Like the Pros Charity Challenge is a series of mini-tournaments at some of Canada's best golf courses where golfers raise money for junior golf through the Golf Canada Foundation. The winners from each tournament, and the top fundraising teams, will qualify to play Glen Abbey on Monday July 25th – the day after the RBC Canadian Open, from the same tees, pin positions, and tournament conditions as the pros played!

How To Play Like the Pros?

1) Find your group and register

2) Each member raises $400 (tax receipts apply)

3) Enjoy one of the best courses in Canada

4) Win or raise the most money and you are at the Abbey!

*Limited space, only 5 foursomes per course!

Rules and Regulations

What Is The Fundraising Component?

There is a MANDATORY minimum fundraising component of $400 per golfer ($1600/foursome) to participate in the Play Like the Pros Charity Challenge. If you do not meet the minimum prior to your tee time, you will be charged the difference. All funds raised go to support junior golf programs in Canada.

Fundraising Rewards:

This year, points will be given to teams once they collectively reach $4,000 of fundraising revenue (additional points will then be distributed for amounts raised above and beyond $4,000). In return, qualifying participants will have their pick of exclusive TaylorMade products such as duffle bags, golf bags, and drivers. Click here for details.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS

All players must have verified Handicap Factor by Golf Canada.Tournament play will be 4-person team Stableford format.

Scoring will assign Stableford points to the net score, and combine for team total. The winning team from each event will be invited to play Glen Abbey on Monday July 25th.

Junior Golf Development Centres – Certified facilities specializing in full coaching and development programs for both recreational and competitive junior players.
The National Development Squad – Canada’s top under-19 players competing for Canada on the international stage.
