Our story…
When Mila was stillborn at 41 weeks, I was rushed into emergency surgery and remained in a coma for 12 days. While I fought for my life, Chris and our family held Mila and lovingly said their goodbyes. I have no memory of seeing our baby girl, so the photographs taken by our Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep volunteer are truly an irreplaceable gift. Without these pictures, I wouldn't know what our baby girl looked like or how much she resembles her brothers and sister. Won't you please help other families like ours remember their babies by pledging towards our goal? We would also love your support at the NILMDTS Remembrance Walk.
