our hydration stations up a notch: beer stations!
Fitness Junkies, a Falmouth-based fitness business, is hosting this unique opportunity to get out, get active and have a lot of fun along the way! This challenging 5k route will wind you up the hill and through the woods of the beautiful and historic Castle Frederick Farms property, while allowing you opportunities to enjoy the quality microbrews of Schoolhouse Brewery. We won’t be timing you, as we encourage you to enjoy the view and the beer just for the run of it.
Proceeds will support the West Hants Ground Search and Rescue.
