My Story…
Jimmy Fisher is a Times Leader Media Group employee, working primarily in Greater Pittston for the Sunday Dispatch weekly newspaper. He began his journey with the Times Leader in the sports department as a part time employee from 2011 until 2014, before being hired full time to cover news in Greater Pittston. Jimmy received his Associate's Degree in Journalism from Luzerne County Community College in 2011 and then his Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Misericordia in 2013. When he's not covering news in Greater Pittston, Jimmy can be found in his hometown of Berwick either training jiu-jitsu at Atomic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy, rooting on the Philadelphia Eagles, nerding out over WWE, or hanging out in Mountain Top with his girlfriend Stephanie.
