Vamoose is a series of virtual events.
You can choose the event that works for you. Choose your challenge. This will need to be completed within a 60 day time frame. These events will stay open until they sell out. Don't be disappointed!!
One way to participate is to be active for 30 out of 60 days at least 30 minutes, your choice of activity. Swim, cycle, walk, Zumba, water aerobics, hike, run skate, ski or any other activity you love.
Or you may want to work towards a distance challenge. Just walk, hike, cycle, run or whatever you like to achieve 5 or 10 kilometres or more if you wish. Your own time and your own pace, all at once or smaller distances that add up. Whatever fits into your lifestyle.
