Details of the Sleepwalk
The Great Canadian Sleepwalk is coming to Calgary, Alberta, Thursday, April 27th!
Join the event as an individual, create or join a team, or just donate to support the sleepwalkers.
Start time: 10:00am
Place: along the Bow River, downtown (see map)
What to bring: walking shoes, water
Prizes will be raffled (e.g., books on healthy sleep)!
Location Details
CSS Calgary Sleep Walk Route Directions
Start at the Eau Claire Pavilion at the North end of 3rd Street SW, on the South side of the Bow River (marked on map above). Proceed first East along the river until you reach the 4th Ave Bridge. Crossing the bridge to the North, the walk will then proceed back West (turn left after crossing) all the way until reaching the Peace Bridge just after 8th Street NW. Crossing the river South on the Peace Bridge, a final left turn will see you headed East back to the start point at the Eau Claire Pavilion.

Washroom facilities are available at:
- Chinese Cultural Centre located at 197, 1st street SW
- Eau Claire Market located at 200 Barclay Parade SW #202
- Underneath the River Café on Princes Island Park.
CSS Calgary Sleep Walk Parking
Parking is available in multiple locations downtown, both along Riverfront Ave SE in both directions, as well as, in parking lots. In addition, Eau Claire market has parking available. Impark lots are located at several locations. Please see Impark.com for more information:
