I am participating in the Great Canadian Sleepwalk in Calgary, Alberta, Thursday, April 27th, 10am. Join me for the 5km walk along the lovely Bow River downtown, or donate to support the Canadian Sleep Society raise awareness about the benefits of healthy sleep.
