Our story…

The Bay Area is one of the nation’s largest hubs for human trafficking. A multi-billion dollar industry, this modern-day slavery is hurting our children, families, and communities. The National Council of Jewish Women San Francisco and Freedom House have joined forces with government, law enforcement and non-profit allies to dismantle the criminal industry, free the slaves and help them heal. We team up in the Bay Area Human Race to raise money for our collaborative programs and to increase our capacity to provide the survivors with the care and services they need to rebuild their lives. Help us to end modern-day slavery in our community. Together we can make a difference!
