Our story…
My family of 4 includes 2 people that live with epilepsy; my husband Brian and my 6-year-old son Gavin. When your child is diagnosed with a chronic medical condition your world shifts. Never did we think we would be planning hospital visits for EEGs or trying out brain altering medication for our child. But here we are. And thankfully, Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario has been there with us. The centre provides education and training for children, parents and school staff to improve awareness, understanding and safety for people living with epilepsy. They also provide ongoing support for families on their journey with epilepsy.

Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario enhances the lives of people living in Southwestern Ontario, who are affected by epilepsy and seizure disorders by providing a network of services that educate, support and build community awareness.
