It's that time of year again! We are all anticipating the beginning of Spring Training as it prepares our favorite teams for us to enjoy another fantastic season! So lace up your running shoes and join Highlands District 106 Board of Education Foundation for our Annual 5K and 1 mile kids fun run!
Get your team spirit flowing by wearing your favorite team jersey, colors or costumes to share with others what Spring Training means to you! We will have a "Fanatic Fan" contest as well as medals for the winning runners.
All proceeds from our race will go to the District 106 Board of Education Foundation which has been benefitting the students, alumni, staff and schools of Highlands for over 20 years!
Grab your family and friends and cheer them on the way that you cheer on your favorite teams, while also helping enrich those who are a part of the fantastic District 106 Board of Education Foundation family!
Early Bird registration closes when online registration closes. You can still register at packet pickup for an increased registration fee. Register Early!

General Information
Online Registration EXTENDED - closes Thursday, April 6 at 8:00pm.
5K will begin promptly at 9:00a.m. 1 Miler at 10:00am
The Spring Training 5K uses a disposable chip timing tag that runners receive at packet pick up on their race bibs. It is lightweight and remains attached to the race bib. Runners must wear their race bibs on the front of their clothing in order to be timed accurately.
8:00-8:45am. Registration fee on race day is $35 - 5K and $25 - 1 Mile
Free parking will be available in the south parking lot of the school.
