Raise money for The Ryders Cycling Society
The purpose of The Ryders Cycling Society of Canada, spearheaded and supported by Canadian professional cyclist, Ryder Hesjedal, is to create and sustain opportunities for young Canadians to ride bicycles. By doing so RCSC will support and expand the social benefits of cycling and the cyclist’s lifestyle. Those benefits include, but are not limited to: better individual health and fitness; enhanced environmental awareness and ecological impact; improved community cohesion; and greater economic sustainability.
This year The Ryders Cycling Society is supporting two initiatives, IRide Schools Program and the BC Cycling Coalition
IRide-fundraising Goal- $10,000
$250 - Purchase 1 iRide Bicycle for Victoria the Fleet
$500 - Fund 1 Day of a 3-Day iRide In-School event at a Victoria school (2 coaches / access to bike fleet)
$1500 - Fund a complete 3-Day iRide In-School event at a Victoria school
