The course is a 2.5km loop: Well maintained and marked trail through the forest on Camp Heidelberg property of the Optimist Club of Kitchener-Waterloo. 5km, 10km, 25km, 50km, & an Ultra 6 Hour event. All events start at 9:00am.

Directions
From the 401 exit at Kitchener, Highway #8 West. Follow the signs to Waterloo via Highway #7 East (Conestoga Parkway), whichbecomes Highway #85 North. Once in Waterloo, exit at Northfield Drive. On the Northfield ramp, stay to the right and follow Weber Street. Turn right at Weber Street to Benjamin Road. Turn left onto Benjamin Road and follow 5 km until you reach the end. Turn left on Regional Road #16 (Kressler Road) and follow for 1/2 km. Camp Heidelberg is on the left.
