YWCA ENCORE
ywcaencore is a free after breast cancer exercise program designed for women who have experienced mastectomy, lumpectomy or breast reconstruction surgery at any time in their lives. This program is based around gentle floor and pool exercises and relaxation techniques that are safe, fun and therapeutic. There is a weekly educational component and women are able to share their experiences, concerns and feelings with other women who understand.
