A great way to enjoy the last of summer’s warm weather!

Just as we are finishing up the last few great days of summer, Saturday, September 23. 2017, is the perfect time to go out for a ride and raise funds for our local trail system. 

The Essex Region Conservation Bike Tour incorporates all the last sights of summer, whether you are touring through picturesque country roads and along historic County Road 50, or meandering the off-road nature ride on the Chrysler Canada and Cypher Systems Group Greenways, this event is not to be missed.

Registration fees include lunch provided at Mettawas Station Restaurant in Kingsville.

Event Includes:

  • All routes meet at Mettawas for lunch, then return to starting point
  • Adequate free parking

Refund policy: Please note that our event offers no refunds or deferrals.  Transfers would be the responsibility of the transferee.  No exceptions.

Beginner Greenway Ride- 15 km

Start at Schwab Farms Community Entrance.

Beginner Greenway Ride- 15km (FAMILY RATE)

This sub-event is for families of up to 5 people (2 adults and 3 children under the age of 16). One low price for the whole family!

Intermediate Greenway Ride- 32 km

Start at Greenway's Harrow Community.

Intermediate Greenway Ride (FAMILY RATE)

This sub-event is for families of up to 5 people (2 adults and 3 children under the age of 16). One low price for the whole family!

Advanced Greenway Ride- 64 km

Start at Greenway's Caesars Windsor Community Entrance.

Extreme Greenway Ride- 80km

Enjoy the BRAND NEW Cypher Systems Group Greenway. Starts at Sadler's Pond in Essex.

Intermediate Road Ride- 58 km

Start at the ERCA Demonstration Farm just east of Holiday Beach Conservation Area.

Advanced Road Ride- 104 km

Start at Vollmer Centre, Lasalle.

Lunch Only

For those who would like to join the riders for lunch in Kingsville.

Team Challenge

Spending the day on two wheels is much more fun with your family, friends, and co-workers! All teams of ten or more riders will receive a $5 discount off each participant’s registration fee!

So grab your friends, cousins, and co-workers, for a day in the saddle in support of local conservation efforts!

Join me and have fun while raising funds for Place for Life campaign to support natural and cultural heritage conservation in our region!  I have formed a {team name} team in an effort to make the Canada South Coast Bike Tour event even more fun and raise more money for local conservation efforts! Here are the details:

How: Just tell me you are interested in joining my team and I will help send you the link and team code to register.  My goal is for our team is to raise ${insert amount}! 

Everyone is welcome, so please invite a friend or two. I hope you will join me. Our trails give us a strong sense of community and place found nowhere else in Canada. Together we can help enrich the Place for Life! 

You don’t have to be a rider to join my team and make a difference! You can pledge me or my team or volunteer at the event and help cheer everyone on!
