Come and join us in the beautiful Belle Prairie Park nestled among some of the largest Red Pines in the area. The start area is along the Mississippi River and has a picnic area and playground. The 5K course is on asphalt. It is certified, flat and fast. We also encourage you and the kids to participate in the 1/2 mile Fun Run which is free and open to anyone.
Great t-shirts, refreshments, drawings, prizes, and quick results make our race one to put on your calendar. All Walkers welcome.

Participate in 3 of 5 Morrison County races and receive a custon LS race hoodie...become a "Serial Runner"! Or do all five. Races include: Rock 'n Run 5k or 10k, River Rat 5k, Bowlus Fun Days 5K, Platte River 5k, and Horizon Health Hospice 5k.

The Course
Our 5K course is flat and fast, great for both the seasoned competitor and the recreational jogger or walker. Our course is also certified. MN-05011.RR The Fun Run course follows the first lap of the 5K. Belle Prairie Park is known for its tall red pines, the Ox Cart Trail and access to the Mississippi River. The park has a picnic area and playground. Outdoor bathrooms are available but no showers. The entire run is on asphalt. Enjoy refreshments, prizes, drawings, and a free fun run after the 5K.
