Beat the snow, the cold, and get a quality speed workout!
This is an intensive, indoor running experience, with the workouts set by Taylor Milne of Speed River Track Club. It's appropriate for all runners. It will consist of multiple short distance repeats, on the 200 metre rubberized track. You only need a t-shirt and shorts; please bring shoes to change into; no outdoor shoes allowed on the track. Parking is on either Trent Lane or Powerhouse Lane, with an entry to the Field House just off Powerhouse Lane, near the new Athletic Building.
