8th Annual East Hants Tidal Mud Run
Race the tides on the ocean floor at the location of the World's Highest Recorded Tides!
Terrain is muddy, rocky and slippery in places, you may want to bring a pair of runners that you don't mind getting muddy!

Registration starts at 10:00am
10K begins at 11:00am
5K begins at 11:15am
2.5K Timed and Untimed begins at 12:00pm
T-Shirt and Medals included in registration fees.
