Run Dufferin is a non-profit organization founded in November 2009 with a goal to promote healthy lifestyles, getting youth outside and active, local trails and… especially...RUNNING in the Headwaters Region.
Run Dufferin provides networking for local events and for runners. Although we have diverse backgrounds, ages and cultures, we all share the same passions - to be fit, to live an active lifestyle, and to run. We support and encourage young and new runners to improve their levels of competence and confidence.
