SAVANNAH 1 LAP RUN | YOUTH DUATHLON | ADULT DUATHLON | RELAY DUATHLON
This exciting RUN/RIDE/RUN event is ideal for persons who are new to multisport. The distances are really short and the race is a lot of fun. We will also include a 2 person team relay for one runner and one biker. As usual we will have a race for the young-STARS (Youth Duathlon) and the popular FLOW HIGH-SPEED ONE LAP Run.

Race Package Collection
You will be able to collect your race package:
Thursday 21st September: 10am-3pm
Friday 22nd September: 10am-3pm
Saturday 23rd September: 10am-3pm
The collection point is Mike's Bikes which is located on the corner of O'Connor Street & Ariapita Avenue, Woodbrook (opposite More Vino), but here is the number for Mike's Bikes in case you need directions: 624-6453
If you are unable to make it to Mike's Bikes between those hours, have no fear, you will be able to collect on race morning, but come early to avoid any long lines which may occur.

Dogs are Welcome!!
Yes you can bring your dog, but you must keep your dog on a leash and clean up after your dog.
You may compete in the 1 Lap Savannah run/walk with your dog.

08:15 - Savannah 1 Lap Run/Walk - 3.7km
09:00 - Baby-athlon (1-4) - 100m Run / 100m Bike / 100m Run
09:10 - Youth Duathlon (5-9) - 500m Run / 1km Bike / 500m Run
09:30 - Adult Duathlon (Individual & Relay) - 3km Run / 11km Bike / 3km Run
