Race Overview

All distances and events begin and end in Reunion Park at Station Beach near Kincardine's harbour.   The course hugs the shore of Lake Huron and has very little elevation change, making it perfect for beginner and seasoned runners alike.

Penetangear, Casual Outdoor & Active Clothing, is an award winning local Kincardine store and Huron Grey Bruce expert in all things running.  Penetangear will be the information headquaters for the All Abilities Beachside Run.  Connect with Darrel and his team at Penetangear to find out more details about the race, pick up registration and pledge forms or discuss your training plans.

Same Day Registration

While same day race registration is available, race organizers cannot guarantee swag bags or chip timing (and therefore prizes) for same-day registrants.  It is recommended to register early to ensure the best experience.   Same-day registrants must be at the Registration Table by 8:00am to ensure adequate processing time.

Parking

There is limited parking available at Station Beach.  Additional free parking is available at Rotary Park and the Municipal lots on Lambton St or behind Queen St.

Prizes

Penetangear will be awarding prizes for the first, second and third place finishers in the 10km (men and women) and 5km (men and women) races.  A partnering supplier will be announced closer to the event and is sure to excite avid runners.

Medals will be awarded to the top three runners in each age group in each distance.

All children in the Kids & Family Run will receive a Finishing Medal.

Fundraising

Participants are encouraged to collect pledges in support of Community Living Kincardine & District.  The top 3 fundraising individuals and teams will be recognized at the award ceremony and presented with prizes to recognize their contributions.
