The Canada Goose 150 is a fun distance running event to celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday. With events ranging from a 150-minute run to 50km/150km/100 mile/24 hour events, there’s a challenge for every endurance runner! The flat, paved loop through a beautiful urban park is perfect for ultra PRs! There is a generous cut-off of 30 hours for all ultra events other than the 24 hour event.
When: Saturday, June 24-25, 2017
-6:00 a.m. start, 50km/150km/100 mile/24 hour event ($75 early bird pricing until March 31)
-8:00 a.m. start, 150 minute event ($60 early bird pricing until March 31)
Where: Wascana Park, Regina, SK., Start/Finish is in the Marina Parking Lot
Note: All participants MUST be members of the Marathon Matters Club ($15), which provides insurance coverage for its members. No membership, no participation--no exceptions. http://www.marathonmatters.ca/membership. Your membership entitles you to group training at no extra cost.
Your registration fee includes an embroidered technical running cap and a fabulous custom medal.
All events start and finish at the Marina parking lot in Regina's Wascana Park.
All Ultra Distances: Start time: June 24, 2017 6 am
- 24 hour timed event finishes June 25, 6 am
- 50 km, 150 km and 100 mile events finish at June 25, noon

All events are run on a 4 km loop (to be certified pre-race) and short finishing out-and-back section of 1 km (to be certified pre-race).
Aid station: the usual ultra fare will be provided. Medical first aid will be on site for emergencies and minor items, but we recommend that you have everything you need near the start/finish. Recommended: sunscreen, bug spray, "fix it" items, any special nutrition or hydration needs, and a variety of gear for a variety of weather. Please be self sufficient.
