Join us on April 29th from 9:00am- 1:00pm for our 1st Annual MdN Community FIT, FUN, FESTIVAL at Marcos de Niza High School!
Enjoy time with your family and friends all while supporting the clubs and programs of Marcos de Niza HIgh School. Sponsored by the MdN Touchdown Club the day will offer a chance for you and your family to have FUN with games, bouncers and more, be FIT by participating in the 1 mile walk and all ages obstacle course and enjoy a festival with food, vendors and much more!
1 mile walk- walk or run a mile around the track. Did you know that a trained speed walker can walk a mile in 6.5 minutes? Don't worry, we won't make you walk it that fast- take your time and enjoy the day.
All ages obstacle course- try your hand at 10 different football skills, each skill is designed for all ages to compete. Try your hand at flipping a tire, carrying a sand bag, run through a ladder, push a sled, go over and under hurdles, complete the slalom and gauntlet and others.
With a paid registration of either the walk or obstacle course registrants, no additional fee is needed for additional course. Individual registrant is $20 includes shirt, Family registration of four is $40 and includes two shirts. Children under age 13 registration is $10 and includes finishing medal. Staggered start times.
Visit the festival after you tried your hand at the obstacle course or walk or while you are waiting for your start time. Festival will include booths presented by different clubs and programs at Marcos de Niza with games, food and bouncers.
Tickets for festival games and bouncers are: 1 ticket for $1.00, 6 tickets for $5.00 and 25 tickets for $20.
