This great and fun event, in its 2nd edition combines running, mental health awareness, physical health, lifestyle, creativity and art to promote living the most well-rounded life one can
Joinm us for the 2nd annual Beard Run, which is a 5 Mile (8K) Fun Run that celebrates living a phyically healthy bearded lifestyle with great bearded and non-bearded people, followed by some short films including people's stories about dealing with mental health and the awareness.
This is a celebration of Canadian Mental Health Week in collaboration with Canadian Mental Health Association, Calgary Region.
All beard types are welcome, even if you aren't bearded. If you aren't bearded, put on a fake beard that will get you noticed and raise even more awareness. Really awesome swag and finisher medal.
Join us for the short film screening and panel discussion with the featured film subjects and film makers right after the run right near the start/finish line.
