Du For The Parks consists of a 2-mile run/ 12-mile bike/ 2-mile run for individuals or two-person relay team.

The Du It 2 It consists of the 2 mile run/ 12 mile bike/ 2 mile run/ 12 mile bike/ 2 mile run for individuals or two person relay team.

Kid Du consists of quarter mile run/ half-mile/ quarter mile run (individual 12 and under)
