Make health a priority and join us for Healthy Kids day on April 30th at Myrick Park! Healthy Kids day is a YMCA national event that teachers children healthy behaviors including nutrition, exercise, and care for the environment. The day will be filled with fun activities for all! Healthy Kids Day consists of the Earth Day Dash which is a Kids Fun Run and Activities and Booths intended to teach and encourage healthy behaviors. So grab your family and join the YMCA in an exciting day of activities and learning!
