SECURITY STATE BANK WHEAT RUN 2017

Race Packet available for pick on Friday from 9-3 at Security State Bank located at 101 N Washington Ave.

Race Day Packet pick-up and registration will be near the start and finish line, beginning at 6:30 a.m.

From I-35 go west on HWY 160 to the stop light at Woodlawn Ave. Turn south (left) onto Woodlawn and proceed to Lincoln St. Turn west (right) onto Lincoln St. and proceed to Washington Ave. Parking available along both sides of the street.

From HWY 81 and Harvey Ave, turn east (right) onto Harvey Ave and proceed to Washington Ave. Parking available along both sides of the street.

Post race refreshments for both races will include bottled water and fresh fruit.

Aid Stations will be located at the halfway point of the 5K race, and at the Start/Finish. High temperatures and high humidity can be dangerous to runners, therefore make sure you drink plenty of fluids the morning of the race. If you begin to overheat, feel dizzy, or nauseated, seek aid immediately.

This event will continue rain or shine. If there is lightning in the area, we will delay the start 30 minutes from the last lightening strike. Even if it is decided to proceed with the race, please use you own discretion for your own decision to participate or not. No refunds will be issued.
