Join us for our first Run with Gearhead outing sponsored by Project 90 and Salomon Footwear. We'll go on location to Shelby Farms in Memphis for a form clinic and group run. Demo shoes will be available and we'll have giveaways! Your registration price includes travel to and from Memphis, education, and lunch! Space is limited. Secure your spot by registering by April 2nd. Must be 18+ or be accompanied by an adult.
Itinerary:
8:00AM- Meet downtown in the lower parking lot on Church Street
8:15AM- Depart
9:45AM- Arrive at Shelby Farms
9:45-10:15AM Tech clinic with Salomon rep and form clinic with Gearhead run specialists Ted Herget and Seth Freeman
10:15AM- 12PM- Trail run
12PM- Lunch
12:45- Depart
2:15- Arrive in Jonesboro
There will be two trail run groups. One group will have a pace of 8-10 min and one group will have a pace of 10-12 mins.
