The Dance Theatre of Wilkes-Barre is celebrating 10 wonderful years and The F.M. Kirby Center will be hosting a Dancing with the Stars event to mark the occassion. Cassandra Coleman has chosen Paint Pittston Pink as her charity to support. All money that Cassandra raises between now and the event will go to Paint Pittston Pink. Jim and Cassandra Coleman Corcoran reside in Exeter with their son, Jimmy IV, 2.
Cassandra is the former Mayor of Exeter and currently the Director of the Governor’s NE Office, serving the northeast and central 24 counties of the Commonwealth. Cassandra is an active board member of Leadership Wilkes Barre, Junior Achievement of Northeastern PA and Children’s Service Center. She is also active in raising awareness for blood clots, as a bilateral PE survivor.
Jim works for Mohegan Sun at Pocono and enjoys cheering for the Philadelphia sports teams when he is not on the golf course.
The couples has been married 4 years and are dancing for Paint Pittston Pink in honor of Cassandra’s grandmother, Helen Coyne, a two time breast cancer survivor.
