Our 7th Annual Ride-4-Ronald raised over $230,000 to benefit the children and families we serve! Help us raise more in 2017!
FUNDRAISING REQUIREMENT: All riders will be provided with a personal fundraising page and will be required to meet a fundraising minimum in order to receive a bib # and participate in the ride.
No matter your expertise - we have a route option for everyone! Rest stops with SAG support, food, drinks and restrooms will be available along each route.
10, 30, and 60 Mile Rides
REQUIREMENTS:
- Registration Fee: $50 per individual
- Fundraising Minimum: additional $150 per individual
- Individual riders must wear a helmet, be at least 5 years of age, and ride a 2-wheel bicycle (no children's tricycles or training wheels are allowed).
- Children who are transported in bike trailers or other carriers are not required to be registered, but are required to wear a helmet during the ride.
- Each individual rider must meet the fundraising minimum to receive a bib # for the ride.
Family & Friends Ride (3.5 Miles):
REQUIREMENTS:

Packet Pick-Up
Packet pick up for Ride-4-Ronald will be available on Saturday, October 14th at Point Ivanhoe, running from 10:00am - 5:00 pm: 1030 N Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801.
*Make sure your GPS takes you to the Orlando address and NOT Winter Park.
Please park in the parking lot across from the building and walk over to the tents to begin your packet pick up process. You can also pick up your packet at the event site on Sunday, 10/15 starting at 6:00am.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL riders will be required to reach their fundraising minimum in order to receivve their bibs and ride on the day of the event. If you arrive to pick-up your packet/bib # and you have not met the fundraising minimum, you will have the opportunity to donate the remaining amount needed to participate in Ride-4-Ronald on Sunday. The ONLY exception to this rule is if you are riding with a SPONSOR team AND have used a sponsor promo code at the time of registration. Cyclists that used a sponsor promo code will not be required to meet the fundraising minimum.

All riders must wear helmets to participate and there will be ample SAG support throughout each route. Although rest stops have not yet been finalized, each stop will have portable toilets and plenty of snacks and drinks to ensure nourishment and hydration for all riders.
Fundraising Incentive Prizes
Ride-4-Ronald is not only an opportunity to focus on your health and well-being but it is also an opportunity to fundraise and support the families that turn to us for comfort and care during their child's medical crisis.
Although it costs us $84 to house one family for one night, no family is every turned away for their inability to contribute toward their stay. This is why we need your help and support as we strive to reach our goal of $250K this year! Cyclists who choose to fundraise will be awarded at the $250, $350 and $500 fundraising levels.

- A sport cut, short sleeved, full zipper jersey produced by Primal Cycling Apparel.
- Cyclist will receive prize after the event, once all fundraising totals are final.
$350+ Fundraisers - Custom Ride-4-Ronald Lightweight Arm Sleeves
- Produced by Primal Cycling Apparel, these lightweight arm sleeves are perfect for Florida weather and will match the design of the Custom Ride-4-Ronald Cycling Jersey.
- Cyclist will receive prize at packet pick-up.
$250+ Fundraisers - "Ronald Socks"
- 6" custom red/white striped cycling socks produced by Primal Cycling Apparel.
- Cyclist will receive prize at packet pick-up.

Every Sunday, starting from David's World Casselberry, we are rolling out at 8:00 am for the regular 40 mile route (to UCF and back).
Due to the popularity of this ride, there are now 2 pace groups:. The always enjoyable 19-20 mph group, and now a new 17-18 mph group lead by one of the staff at David's World Cycle.

Walk-Up Registration
Due to the minimum fundraising requirement, the walk-up registration fee will be as follows:
$200.00 per cyclist for the 10, 30, and 60 Mile Routes
$50.00 per cyclist for the Family & Friends Ride (3.5 Miles)
Online registration will close on Friday, October 13th, 2017 at 5:00 pm. Walk-up registration will be available during packet pick-up and on the day of the event beginning at 6:00 a.m.
Weather Policy
This is a Rain or Shine event. No refunds or transfers.
Safety is our most important priority and if any threatening weather conditions are present the day of the event (including, but not limited to: tornado warning, tornado watch, thunderstorm, heavy rain or a hurricane decides to visit), the event may be delayed or canceled. When weather conditions or other physical conditions present a danger to participants, such conditions fall under the label “acts of nature". These acts of nature will not result in refunding of any event registration fees, donations, or future event credits, since funds were already spent in preparation for the event day.
