Fit Kids for Life! is an inter-disciplinary lifestyle wellness program for children who are struggling with obesity and related conditions (e.g., hypertension, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome). The program includes exercise, nutrition and behavioral modification and is open to children from 8 – 17 years-old and their families.
